We have been postponing the completion of this project since long. It was supposed to over long back, even you guys need to move to other projects and learn newer things.
So we need to do this and this and this. Can we do it today? This question has been asked daily. They say Yes and nod their head. Both you and they know that tomorrow never dies.
You try to spoil their weekend and they give a meak warning that if you dont do it today ie., on Friday night at 7 PM then you will have to come tomorrow.

Reminders
You have to remind your team members to
- come on time.
- update status everyday
- make the status more descriptive
- share your learning in common knowledge portal
- share your learning in presentation to team
- show them their leadership potential
- tell them that their amiss and ignorance can cost them severely especially on quality issues
- watch their behavior and presentation
- tell them that it was supposed to be done on Monday and now its Friday
- improve their forgetfullness, no tablets or syrups here,
