You have to remind your team members to

1. come on time.
2. update status everyday
3. make the status more descriptive
4. share your learning in common knowledge portal
5. share your learning in presentation to team
6. show them their leadership potential
7. tell them that their amiss and ignorance can cost them severely especially on quality issues
   
8. watch their behavior and presentation
9. tell them that it was supposed to be done on Monday and now its Friday
10. improve their forgetfullness, no tablets or syrups here,
